Terms of use
Last updated 2 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the HyperDrop team, based in the United Kingdom. By using HyperDrop you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What HyperDrop is
HyperDrop is a team of AIs that helps you launch a clothing brand. From one idea it researches the market, decides with you, designs the product, builds a Shopify store, prepares launch posts and videos, and answers buyers on your shop page. HyperDrop is new and still changing: features may change, pause or stop, and usage is limited so the service stays fair for everyone.
Accounts and guests
You can use HyperDrop as a guest without signing in. A guest account lives in your browser, so clearing your browser data loses it. Sign in with Google to keep your brands across devices. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be at least 18 to use HyperDrop.
Your brand is your business
You keep the rights to what you bring to HyperDrop, and you may use what HyperDrop makes for you in your business. You are the seller, so you are responsible for your products, your store, your listings, your prices, taxes, delivery, returns, customer service and following consumer law. You are also responsible for making sure your brand name, designs and content don’t infringe anyone else’s trademarks, copyright or other rights.
Services you connect
HyperDrop works with services you connect yourself, such as Shopify, Printify, Upload-Post, Instagram and TikTok. Their own terms apply to your accounts with them, and you are responsible for those accounts and for anything they charge you. HyperDrop acts in them only with the access you grant, and you can disconnect at any time.
AI makes mistakes
Research, demand estimates, prices, designs, copy, videos and chat replies are made by AI. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and a design or name can look like someone else’s by accident. Review everything before you publish or sell it.
The shop chat answers your buyers on your behalf. It works from your products and the settings you choose, including the largest discount it may offer. You are responsible for what it tells your buyers and for honouring discount codes it gives within your limits.
Acceptable use
Don’t use HyperDrop to:
- sell counterfeit goods, or copy other brands’ names, logos or designs;
- make or sell anything illegal, hateful, harassing or deceptive;
- mislead buyers about your products, prices or delivery;
- get around usage limits or security, overload the service, or access other people’s data;
- resell or automate access to HyperDrop without our permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Costs
Services you connect may charge you directly, for example a Shopify subscription and fees, or Printify production costs charged to your card. Those charges are between you and them. If HyperDrop ever charges for its own features, we will tell you the price before you pay anything.
No warranty
HyperDrop is provided as it is and as available. We don’t promise that it will always work, be error free, or that any brand you launch will make sales.
Limits on our liability
We are not liable for lost profits, sales, revenue, business opportunity or data, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you for anything to do with HyperDrop is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit. If you use HyperDrop as a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.
Ending
You can stop using HyperDrop at any time and ask us to delete your data, as the privacy policy explains. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or to protect the service or other people.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as HyperDrop changes. We will change the date at the top, and if you keep using HyperDrop after that, the new terms apply.
